The man just told us to unhook the trailer & leave it, no return receipt or anything so we took pictures. We dropped it off on Tuesday & on Thursday UHaul was calling saying the trailer was not returned. We explained what happened and that was that. Overall a great experience except for the glitch at drop off.

The tan of gas was empty when we picked it up. They said they would credit our account and they did not. When I called customer service, I was told they can't refund. It is disapointing to pay that much money to rent a truck and get it on empty, when in the contract, it is supposed to have more than half as tank of gas.

I have already made a call with customer service and expecting a callback from Melvin Guy to which I have not received. I was charged IN FULL for a Uhaul I returned an hour later with significantly less mileage than requested. The place to drop off had poor service so it didnt “drop off” the vehicle but I absolutely have photos and videos of when the key was dropped in the dropbox. Nobody even checked the mileage….this was an assumption and I was charged for it. Someone needs to give me a callback today to get this resolved as you have absolutely stolen money from me. I even ordered a Uhaul Saturday and when I went under the mileage—I was reimbursed. Now, nobody checked and I am charged in full. Either this is AI or pure laziness and corruption. Also, the truck smelled like poop.
