All the info was on the website and easy to drop off after hours. Signage was perfect with the drop box and app walked me thru the process.

Samantha DThe man just told us to unhook the trailer & leave it, no return receipt or anything so we took pictures. We dropped it off on Tuesday & on Thursday UHaul was calling saying the trailer was not returned. We explained what happened and that was that. Overall a great experience except for the glitch at drop off.
Kimbt IThe tan of gas was empty when we picked it up. They said they would credit our account and they did not. When I called customer service, I was told they can't refund. It is disapointing to pay that much money to rent a truck and get it on empty, when in the contract, it is supposed to have more than half as tank of gas.
