Didn't have the size truck I wanted so I was upgrade. Cool. Get to the uhaul place and they charged me more money instead of honoring my original reservation. I think the attendant took advantage of the situation to charge me more money then I gassed the truck back to original spot and he charged me for another 2 gallons to fill the truck up. Straight scammers at that location.
Corey JCody was exceptionally helpful, kind, fast and knowledgeable. He helped us get through the paperwork and trailer attachment. The best service I’ve had at any UHaul location. Huge thanks.
Crystal NThe inside of the cab of truck we dirty. We took several pictures, but the app would only allow 1. The truck body was well maintained. I was very frustrated with U-Haul as the truck I had selected and reserved was not available on Saturday morning when I arrived. I had to drive 20 miles to the next town to get the size truck I had reserved. Then when I returned the truck in Fargo the next day, I was charged mileage, which was ridiculous as I had to drive my car 20 miles away to pick up the truck, I had reserved using up my time and gas in my car! It was a charge of under $2 but I am very unhappy about the whole process.
