The inside of the cab of truck we dirty. We took several pictures, but the app would only allow 1. The truck body was well maintained. I was very frustrated with U-Haul as the truck I had selected and reserved was not available on Saturday morning when I arrived. I had to drive 20 miles to the next town to get the size truck I had reserved. Then when I returned the truck in Fargo the next day, I was charged mileage, which was ridiculous as I had to drive my car 20 miles away to pick up the truck, I had reserved using up my time and gas in my car! It was a charge of under $2 but I am very unhappy about the whole process.
