Absolute trash customer service and everything else about this experience. Had 3 weeks to notify me that the truck was not available at my location but you let me know last minute and I had to scramble to make arrangements for someone else to go and pick up the uhaul since it was 30 minute drive from previous location. Apparently the place I originally rented it from burned down a month ago but you still have it on your website as a pick up location. Are you guys serious??? When I spoke to the booking agent she said she would apply a $20 gas voucher to the invoice which I don't see. Afterwards when I tried to log on to my account on your website to double check my booking and confirm my new pick up location - your website was down for almost a full 24 hours. Once again well done. Then someone by the name of Ricky contacted me and asked about a free trailer or compensation which I replied yes to multiple times. An auto message was sent back saying I would get a call. Never received a call.. The most unprofessional and embarrassing service I have ever received. Never again will I be using uhaul or any of your products. I doubt anyone will contact me about this crap that your multi billion dollar company put me through.

Michael SThe email confirmation I had received referred me to Bait Casters where there was no reservation. After about 10 minutes, we realized that the order on the U-Haul site indicated that the pick-up was at Robs Truck Service. The situation caused undue stress that could have been avoided if the correct information had been emailed to me.

JASON PI was over charged. I visited in person to let them know I was charged for 2 days when I only rented for 1 day. He said he would take care of it. 5 days later I’ve now been triple charged and made 5 phone calls to try and resolve the situation. After failing, I asked GIR the area manager to call me. He still had not. I have now had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and will tell everyone I know to do the same

ANDREW LPick up location changes at last minute in my case 70 kms away with no options. In future book with at least 2 companies so you aren’t left in a poor situation. This is the second instance where this has happened so shame on me.
