truck sounded like is was going to explode. Brakes all the way down to floor would not stop. got a $25 cleaning fee only went 6 miles truck cleaner than wen i picked it up. let my personal trolley in it called to retrieve it they reported was in there. Truck reeked with cigarette smoke. The counter lady was very nice.

I wouldn't recommend this location at night. I was very nervous but it could have entirely been the situation. I wasn't happy with my experience and have expressed this multiple times to no avail. The customer service was great. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in booking our truck and when we arrived after driving two hours we had to drive a half hour out of the way. A half an hour out of the way means a half an hour back this extra hour plus time for pick up and such delayed our trip making a long trip much longer. We arrived home at 2 am. NOT what my 9 and 16yr old daughters and I expected. Very frustrating! All in all, we made it but NIT my best experience with Uhaul.

I highly recommend going elsewhere to rent a truck. The owner of ROCK Automotive Is RUDE. Not to mention he didn't feel the need to wear a mask while customers were inside his building. But scolded myself and another person Allie I g only 1 person in the office. They charged me for extra gas and their pet mileage charge is .40 cents more than any where else... just go elsewhere to rent a truck the hassle is not worth it.

It was kind of hard to find. It would be handy if there was some sort of U-Haul sign closer to the road. Everyone at this location was very nice.

There was no one in front of me & I had to wait 25 minutes to get my truck. I had it rented for 8 hours & returned it within the 8 hours from the time I received the truck. I brought it back 3 minutes after closing, the people waved to me then pointed to the drop box outside. I was shocked to received an extra $20 fee for after hours. On my receipt there was no time when I received or dropped off the truck. I think this was a rip off, Will never go back to them again.

Had an issue with the vehicle that was assigned to me. I was told I “took the wrong vehicle”. How can that be when it was assigned to me?

When I returned the van I rented I was charged for cleaning. I was not made aware of this before hand I was just charged for it on my car and noticed it when I recieved my receipt via email. I called and was told it was for s.oking. I told the lady that I did not smoke in the can and she simply told me I had and that there was nothing I could do about. If I had smoked in the van then I would not complain about the charge but I did not. If this is how you treat a paying customer then i will not rent from you again or recommend your company. I think this a way for your company to just add charges to the rental with total disregard for the customer. Why didn't they tell me about the charge when I returned the van why be sneaky and add charges after the customer leaves the place of business. This is very unprofessional on your part. I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service you provide.

I was charged $50 for a truck that I left in better condition than when rented. Dania Rodriguez at the Rock Auto location is rude and I quote just said "well you need to complain to Customer Service do you want their number" Like are you serious?! I will just rent from a local car rental place from now on. UHaul needs to ensure their authorized dealers know how to treat their customers and don't add extra charges.

This drop off location was the 2nd place that we were told to drop off. I received a text durning our moving telling me that we had to change drop off due to limited space at the first place. The new place was further away and closed when we got there. The on line check out wasnt working and I had to call to end my transaction. It was a very bad experience.

I was charged for the insurance for two days and only regretted it for a few hours. I was charged for gas, when I returned it with more gas than when u got it! This place is a rip off!

This owner stole my money by charging my account anther $50.49 bc I wanted to be nice with them n bring their truck ahead of my reserved time. I supposed to bring the car at 6.30pm but I thought I can be done around noon and I told them may be at noon. Now they are telling me that because you did not bring it at noon I have to pay $50.49 extra. My reservation time was from 6.40 pm to day after tht at 6.40pm. This is bullshit scham.

This place is not open on Saturday so if you don't like interacting with a smart phone, avoid it. The online system is glitchy, asks for pictures 0over and over and disconnects.

Original Order was for pick up from 2408 S 288th St Federal Way, waited almost an hour, app non functional and no staff on site. Had to be routed to this site and then lost 1.5 hour of moving help already paid for. Will not use Uhaul again.

I was provided extra attention and other accomadations. They went out of their way to assist me. My circumstances made it very difficult but the service they provided really made it so much easier for me. I was not familiar with towing and they guided me and inspected my equipment. I definitely recommend Rocket Automotive location in Federal Way-Kent , WA. Perfect 10. (5 Stars)

Attention: Stan, Uhaul Agent Re: U-Haul Contract 86498852 U-Haul Reference #2177925 As a proximate result, the U-haul truck was not returned on 4/10/2019, that was unlawfully printed on U-haul contract #86498852 and calculated in the total cost by the a Rock Automotive employee it was returned on 4/09/2019 and rented on 4/08/2019. The State of Washington has strict laws regarding making a false or misleading statement and false or misleading advertising which is punishable as a gross misdemeanor with a penalty of 1-year in jail. RCW 9A.76.175 https://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=9A.76.175 RCW 9.04.050 https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.04.050 The U-haul truck was not kept for two-periods as a matter of fact it was professionally returned on 4/9/2019, 1-day after it was rented for correction it was supremely cleaned with extra gasoline included and it was originally suppose to be returned on 4/09/2019 at 5:45 p.m. due to the terrible rain-storm I returned it shortly after the close of business and they close at 6:00 p.m.. I rented it on 4/8/2019, as agreed over the telephone with the employee she requested that I arrive by 5:45 p.m. on 4/8/2019, as you can see I was there at exactly 5:45 p.m. I honestly returned the U-haul truck on 4/09/2019, and that, I never used it I never packed it with truck storage items. For instance, I never sat in the U-haul truck's driver's seat and turned the ignition key in order to start the engine and drive away with any packed items in the truck's storage area located in the back of the truck. The U-haul truck that I rented remained parked at my destination until the rain-storm stopped since I have a verifiable physician's restrictions on my physical impairment, and that, I cannot work in the rain due to severe arthritis. As a proximate result, the truck remained parked at my destination and that the move has been delayed until 5/30/2019, heretofore, I will have to re-rent the U-haul truck on 5/30/2019 and pay twice. In communication, I mentioned to the U-haul employee (woman) that I will have to re-rent the truck on or about 5/30/2019, on my legal move-out date. In advance, I politely requested that she only charge $40.00, on my Milestone Credit Card ending in 6623, upon signing the truck rental contract. In addition, I informed her that I would pay the remaining charges of $17.00, by using my debit card or a separate credit card after she stated that the total charges may be approximately $57.00. I clearly specified this request to her and she basically responded by stating, "sure, I guess I can do that I will charge your card when you return the truck on 4/09/2019 and you can make two separate payments etc." Information In Regard To The 1st Day Of U-haul Rental On 4/08/2019 You should know that there were two employees sitting in the office at the time of my arrival and during the truck rental process which lasted approximately 20-minutes. It was the worst experience with this location because I drove 3 miles and it consumed almost 4 gallon gas I told the lady that the fuel empire has problem, but she said no. And they also charged me for hour as well. I don't recommend this place . They were like fake business.

Your website needs updated/improve. Initially, my husband requested rental of one bnb of your trailer. Luckily he re-checked to make sure the trailer is ready & available at the U-Haul in Federal Way, WA. just to find out your website didn't go through. Gina Schmidt
