Would've been nice if at least one big door was able to open after hours for the storage area. Had to use tiny side door. Staff was very friendly and amazing service. Very patient and understanding. Helped distract my son with a cardboard uhaul truck while I did paper work!

I would have continued my storage rental and paid my account current had any payment options been available. Unfortunately I fell behind and notifications sent to my old contact info despite several attempts to update it. Calling customer service involved several hours sitting on hold and messages unreturned. By the time I received a response several months went by and my only options were to pay in full or vacate storage unit within 72 hours. This resulted in the latter and I lost some of my possessions in storage and not given an option to bring my account current through making installment payments despite offering to do so over my next few paychecks , which was only way I could have afforded to bring my account current. As such this resulted in a loss to both me and uhaul rather than a mutually beneficial outcome
