I've dealt with these clowns twice and both times there was issues with the rental beginning to end. They overstep their boundaries with taking personal measures with complete disregard to legal professional boundaries. But it's the mayor and his special man friends running that corrupt little circus.

Jeff BrantleyI turned my truck in the same day I rented it. Four days later, it had not been checked in by Rocker Supply. Then they were contacted by the regional person telling them to get the truck checked in. When they checked the truck in they charged me for 4 extra days. They are pitiful and totally unprofessional. They are not good representation of your business. They shouldn’t be allowed to be a UHaul store.

Stephanie ReckartThe truck was not waiting for us despite my reserving the truck on Thursday for pickup on Saturday. The customer service technician processed the transaction on his phone and when I asked for a hard copy receipt, he told me he couldn’t print from his phone but he had emailed me my receipt. The customer service technician who brought the truck on the property for us walked past us with the keys and went inside the building and sat the keys on the counter and sat down. We had to go back into the building to get the keys. They said nothing about I needed to inspect the truck using an email he had sent to me. I just happened to see the email when trying to ensure he had actually sent me my receipt for the transaction. When I returned the truck, I was told to just leave the keys on the counter and the guy who does the transactions on his phone would check my truck back in at some point. They were sorry and unenthusiastic. They don’t have good customer service and support. I won’t use them again.

Tyronne SmootDropbox was not in a visible location for after-hours dropoff. Maybe post a picture of where the dropbox is located. I called UHaul and they made a note of where I should place the key. The dropoff location still called me to ask where the key was located. The mobile process was seamless once I downloaded the app.

The second truck that I drove cross country had to be filled up every 150 miles and the fuel pump broke in Billings Montana got a new fuel pump and my gas milage was way better. The faulty fuel pump cost me an extra 1500 dollars because of the fuel mileage
Thomas WootenIt took them an hour and 10 mins to get me on the road. Note: the truck I rented had a problem with the A/C unit, because every time the engine struggle a little bit the A/C would cut off. The entire 6 hour trip without an A/C made my tired quickly. On another note I called 1800GOUHAUL five times about this issue while driving to Alabama. Every time your company hang up with me.

To my surprise i walked in was told the guy sitting down would help, all he did was take my paperwork and said "your all set" The drop of location didn't even inspect the trailer upon drop off the just emailed me a receipt after I left.

Laura NewtonI rented blankets and they said that they did not have any blankets. I was not notified ahead of time to make other arrangements to get blankets. They said the 26 foot truck I booked at least 2 weeks prior was not available because it was rented out. I did not get a notification ahead of time to make other arrangements to get another uhaul truck. However, they gave me the rented Uhaul truck anyway because I was there first.

Carrie SuggsWhen I arrived at the location, the salesperson told me to complete the uhaul information online. My trip was supposed to be 1-directional but when I reached the dropoff point, I received notification via text to return the Uhaul to the pick-up location. Then I received a receipt that was charged double price. I called for clarification and was told because I went over the allotted mileage for the contract I had penalties even though the contract said $.99 per mile. I returned the vehicle within the time frame, replaced the gas to its original position, and was still penalized. This location did not represent Uhaul well. On top of that the sales person I spoke with stated he would look through details of my contract and call me back to assist with clarification. A $90 rental turned into an almost $200 rental. Read all details of your contract before leaving this facility if it is the only facility/location you can use. If another location is available, choose a different location.
