There was a homeless man sleeping in the truck. It was the only truck they had so I had to take that one and clean it out before I even used it. I was also over charged and had issues getting the refund. I’m still waiting for the refund.

The location is in a gas statio/convenience store. 1. They did not have the hand truck/dolly that I reserved. I spent a half hour looking for one . It was 5 miles away/ Spent a half hour getting it. When I came back for the truck, I was constantly interrupted by customers, took 45 moin. The driver side door wouldn't close right. It took a half hour to pay and get out.

Nicholas GWell first y’all didn’t have my reservation right and had to keep changing pick up spots to recive the truck then once I got the truck they mess up my whole reservation and change what I wanted and the time of usage …….. just a bad experience .

VINCENT VI have a complaint about a location on Taft street 70 terrace Hollywood Florida I rented a car for 6 hours the charge me $147 For some hours not even tha whole day this is ridiculous. I need some explanation about that the car says on it $19 for a day and they make me pay 147 for the day

Rolando NThe car didn't have air conditioning and they were charging for gas after I had filled it up to the original amount when I received it. They charged me for extra time, for no reason. I have rented in other places with the same company and these inconveniences had never happened to me. I definitely do not recommend it.
