There was a homeless man sleeping in the truck. It was the only truck they had so I had to take that one and clean it out before I even used it. I was also over charged and had issues getting the refund. I’m still waiting for the refund.

The location is in a gas statio/convenience store. 1. They did not have the hand truck/dolly that I reserved. I spent a half hour looking for one . It was 5 miles away/ Spent a half hour getting it. When I came back for the truck, I was constantly interrupted by customers, took 45 moin. The driver side door wouldn't close right. It took a half hour to pay and get out.
Jamie FThis location needs to train staff how to check in clients i lost a whole hour of work because the cashier didnt know how to work the system she had to FaceTime someone to guide her through the steps. No reimbursement or discounts were offered for the delayed check in
Nicholas GWell first y’all didn’t have my reservation right and had to keep changing pick up spots to recive the truck then once I got the truck they mess up my whole reservation and change what I wanted and the time of usage …….. just a bad experience .
