Acceleration was not good I only made 1 trip and truck dropped right back off not even 2 hours of having the truck and was charged over 120$

This was not your ideal experience. I was told to pick up truck at 830 and check in on my phone. It would not allow me. I went home and had to call to find out I was supposed to come inside to check in. Went back and the man told me he does not do that. I had to go back at 10am for the liquor store attached to it and have that man check me in. I went back home. Came back at 10 and the liquor store was not open. Looked online and it was to open at 11am. Went back home. Each time this happened I had to call U-Haul to ask why they made all of these mistakes and have my time changed. I was told by U-Haul that they had talked to the man and he was in the store not the liquor store. So finally I got to pick up truck. Then I was told it was $71.00. I just got my receipt and it was $89.03. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul. No one is paying my mileage for all of their mistakes. If you want a positive experience, skip U-Haul!

Make sure the trucks are clean. There was a dryer in the back and it was dirty needed to be cleaned out. The young gentleman was very helpful. It shows it was on empty but still had 13 miles left that is more than it had picking it up with 9 miles.

This was my first and last time coming to this location. Initial visit was good but returning the truck and dealing with another guy he was very rude arrogant and disrespectful. I have rented from U-Haul before and never had an experience this bad !!

FYI’ consumer service issues. Apparently, my reservation was somehow cherry-pick and reappointed and relocated to another location at the last minute without a proper response notice. With an acceptable- unacceptable answer to why? I was told.. this practice happens all the time. It was a big “stress” inconvenience to the customer. But! I was graciously.. accommodated by this location. Rockets Gas Station, will be my future go to place for satisfaction.👍🏼

I did not choose this location and once I arrived no one was there to handle the pick up. The gas station worker had to call the u haul rep and have us talk to him on the phone.

People at ace liquor store are amazing and super nice. U-Haul rep who called me was rude and sort of mad at me... I picked up the U-Haul after 5 and somehow, U-Haul made my return time to 1630 instead of 1700...

Truck wasn’t there when I needed to pick it up. Guy on the phone was super nice, but it took about 30+ minutes for him to figure out how to get me in a truck. Then I had to drive all the way back to return the truck as there were no options to drop it off at another location.
