I did not choose this location and once I arrived no one was there to handle the pick up. The gas station worker had to call the u haul rep and have us talk to him on the phone.

Terall APeople at ace liquor store are amazing and super nice. U-Haul rep who called me was rude and sort of mad at me... I picked up the U-Haul after 5 and somehow, U-Haul made my return time to 1630 instead of 1700...
Ahmed RTruck wasn’t there when I needed to pick it up. Guy on the phone was super nice, but it took about 30+ minutes for him to figure out how to get me in a truck. Then I had to drive all the way back to return the truck as there were no options to drop it off at another location.
