This was my first and last time coming to this location. Initial visit was good but returning the truck and dealing with another guy he was very rude arrogant and disrespectful. I have rented from U-Haul before and never had an experience this bad !!
dominique lFYI’ consumer service issues. Apparently, my reservation was somehow cherry-pick and reappointed and relocated to another location at the last minute without a proper response notice. With an acceptable- unacceptable answer to why? I was told.. this practice happens all the time. It was a big “stress” inconvenience to the customer. But! I was graciously.. accommodated by this location. Rockets Gas Station, will be my future go to place for satisfaction.👍🏼
