Ricky NThis was not your ideal experience. I was told to pick up truck at 830 and check in on my phone. It would not allow me. I went home and had to call to find out I was supposed to come inside to check in. Went back and the man told me he does not do that. I had to go back at 10am for the liquor store attached to it and have that man check me in. I went back home. Came back at 10 and the liquor store was not open. Looked online and it was to open at 11am. Went back home. Each time this happened I had to call U-Haul to ask why they made all of these mistakes and have my time changed. I was told by U-Haul that they had talked to the man and he was in the store not the liquor store. So finally I got to pick up truck. Then I was told it was $71.00. I just got my receipt and it was $89.03. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul. No one is paying my mileage for all of their mistakes. If you want a positive experience, skip U-Haul!
Kimberly PMake sure the trucks are clean. There was a dryer in the back and it was dirty needed to be cleaned out. The young gentleman was very helpful. It shows it was on empty but still had 13 miles left that is more than it had picking it up with 9 miles.
