I was supposed to pick-up the trailer in Red Cliff but was notified that the trailer I wanted 12' length wasn't available for a one way rental, I had to go to Dunmore to pick up a 8' trailer. They had no boxes, moving pads or dollies. Had to go to the Red Cliff site to pickup these items. Wasted a lot of time driving back and forth.John A.

Uhaul is probably 100 years old and you still don't supply a hitch the right size or a standard plugin. Adaptors should be supplied by â€œuhaulâ€ With the trailer...not the dealer. Yes charge me a security fee...no problem! Instead â€œI â€œ had to run all over the city getting geared up. AND your online sigh in didn't warn me of the needed equipment either. A lot of lost â€œnor available timeâ€????. Very disappointing from a 100 year old company that aught to know betterEd M.
