I cannot speak highly enough about the care and service I received from the location and from UHaul in general. When I picked up the truck and got it home to load, I noticed one of the back tires was damaged and I was very nervous to drive it. UHaul took care of it right away. The Uhaul Onsite Rep. was Excellent. Great Guy that went above and beyond to help. He allowed me access to deliver same day, educated me on the equipment. Could not have asked for a better rep. Now, the online/phone process was a nightmare because I lost cell service in that area so I could not review the equipment where I would have stated the trailer brake light grommet was cracked. Finally, the worst part. I got the trailer back the same day like promised on Sunday the 15th, but I could not access the Check in Feature on my phone - so I tried at home - but the ap stated check in from My Location - which was at home - not at the Uhaul site, but it appeared to have allowed me to check it in. But, I was charged for 2 days. I will defer that maybe I should have called in to validate my online ap check in, so shame on me, but the check in process was not clear and there was never a follow up to see if I did check the equipment in. Example - Uhaul email should have been sent / or call from Uhaul stating " we have not received your check in yet - do you need an extension - do you need help checking in. Something! I got nothing, so I wrongfully assumed everything was alright. I have learned a valuable lesson to Not Assume - especially with anything involving online or Aps. I will go back to the old fashioned way of personally checking in and out with Uhaul. Never again will I utilize your online support!!Rick B.
