We had bought a lock for our unit from them but once we came to pick up our items he suggested we should have bought one somewhere else. When we entered our unit we noticed that a few of our new, still in the box tools were missing. We feel taken advantage of and will not be using storage again because of this experience.

Beau and Season K. | Overall ExperienceI was in the unit for over a year, and it stayed pretty clean. We got some dust and a few dead crickets and dead spiders, but everything was dry and secure. I would definitely recommend this facility, but I would store clothes and other fabrics items in bins or bags to keep the year+ dust-build-up off the clothes and such.
