We selected self pickup but that didn’t work out because the keys were inside the office and the truck was blocked in. The nice man working had no help and had been so busy with pickups. It’s not his fault but maybe less trucks in the lot would help. And make self pickup up actually be self pick up. No other issues.

Kathryne PI had to help unload this morning which is not good for my back. I think as it was loaded in St Louis it should have a way to be unloaded without my help. This trailer does not have a jack so it’s kind of awkward and dangerous. The gentleman was very nice when I dropped off.
Tim GWait time was a little longer than expected but it was early on a Monday so clerk had lots of returns from the weekend
