Phillip H.The smart phone self pick up and return is a disaster. Many of us do not do emails on our smartphones and the codes sent to email can't be gotten on the cell phones. I had to call the Uhaul help number and she was good but I ended up sending my Drivers license photo to God knows where. My phone couldn't scan the back of the DL. I ended up having to wait at the pick up location for 1.5 hours for the Manager to get there to do the transaction manually. He was awesome. I would never again use this smartphone technology for this. Face to face is the only way to go. Otherwise the truck ran ok and the event was good.
