Returned before the location was open. No human contact. There was no open parking, had to parking in the other business labeled parking spots. I was worried I would be charged or towed for parking there. The lot was full of UHaul trucks. I would not recommend only because I do not know anyone who is moving.

JAMES Twe needed to post pone the time for our pick up while there due to unforeseen circumstances, the gentleman there was extremely kind and willing to work with us. When we brought the vehicle back he greeted us in the driveway and took the vehicle and keys from us and parked the truck for us. I highly recommend using this location.

DEBORAH MThe return location was ok with some room for me to park the truck and trailer . The instructions said to park the truck and trailer beside the road . The road was super busy and there was no place to park the truck and trailer beside the road outside the U haul lot . The gate was open and I pulled the truck inside and parked it next to some other U haul trucks . No one was there , I followed the online instructions and got all the pictures up loaded . The truck and trailer performed perfectly !!

Steven HThe U-Haul was in need of mechanical attention, transmission and exhaust. Transmission feels as if about to go out. Additionally gas mileage was terrible had gotten bigger truck earlier in week and hauled much more and the smaller truck got woofas militias the larger truck
David RFirst of the truck cabin was dirty and had pet hair everywhere. Secondly a head up about the location being closed would have been nice I wasn’t prepared remote pick up isn’t for me.

Jake RMy reservation was switched to this location after a truck was not returned. Some of the rental equipment was not available at this location but the UHaul rep made arrangements for this equipment at another location.

Phillip HThe smart phone self pick up and return is a disaster. Many of us do not do emails on our smartphones and the codes sent to email can't be gotten on the cell phones. I had to call the Uhaul help number and she was good but I ended up sending my Drivers license photo to God knows where. My phone couldn't scan the back of the DL. I ended up having to wait at the pick up location for 1.5 hours for the Manager to get there to do the transaction manually. He was awesome. I would never again use this smartphone technology for this. Face to face is the only way to go. Otherwise the truck ran ok and the event was good.

We had bought a lock for our unit from them but once we came to pick up our items he suggested we should have bought one somewhere else. When we entered our unit we noticed that a few of our new, still in the box tools were missing. We feel taken advantage of and will not be using storage again because of this experience.
