I know I should have checked, but the mileage was way off. In the past 7 years I have rented a van to do the exact same run at least 10 times and it is always between 100 and 105 miles. Yesterday the mileage was 170! There is NO way this is accurate. I should have been more diligent when picking up especially when there was so much confusion (3 different people worked on my reservation) that the entire reservation had to be canceled and redone. CHECK YOUR MILEAGE BEFORE LEAVING!!

Ronald MayorgaI was very disappointed when my drop off site was changed. I requested a certain dropoff site for a reason. But uhaul. changed it. I was lucky enough to drop it off where I wanted. The franchise owner had no issue with me dropping it off . Uhaul should just leave the drop off site alone. We are the paying customers. I was also disappointed that I could not pick everything up at one site like the ad said I could. I had to go out of my way to get a trailer.
Timothy OBrienMy reserved truck was not available upon arrival, I had to wait over an hour for the truck to be delivered. I’m not happy with the overall experience.
Ken KashmanianDid not have dolly or furniture pads that we ordered online several weeks earlier. Can't blame them too much because U-Haul changed our pickup location the night before pickup. (U-haul has changed our pickup location 3 out of 3 times we've rented recently. All three different pickup locations were changed to a more distant pickup location the night before)

MARK STLAURENTThe inside of the van was filthy smelled like a barn. It seems as if someone transported animals in the van. My husband had to clean it which took him several hours. We where transporting textiles and home furnishings. It wouldn’t have been pleasant to have them absorb any of these odors.

Stewart CampbellFront tire low pressure lights were both lit up. They only had 40 lb each, and the back 60 ish each. Max PSI is around 80. The truck was extremely dirty, and had an empty champagne can, as well as an empty water bottle behind the seat. I cleaned it out before returning and ALSO I AIRED UP THE TIRES!!! These vans should be READY to go!! This was my second time renting here. Fist time was great. Not this time.
KIMBERLY TETRAULTIndicate clearly where the gas tank is located. Once your out of the vehicle and the door is shut it's a little crazy. Maybe a decal on the side ?

Then I get a text telling me the trailer was late being returned. Called the drop off location was told they didn’t work for Uhaul, would have the local rep call me, still waiting. I did call the 1-800 # and the issue was solved. Drop off was horrible.

Michael ColucciThe woman who waited on us was rude and unprofessional. Charged us for safe move which we said we didn’t want. Never gave us a receipt or checked in the truck that we cleaned before and after the move. Said we couldn’t pay cash for the transaction and dismissed us with saying check the email for your charges. That’s not how you run a business or help your customers with their bill. Horrible customer service experience!

Andrea WhalenThe people in the store were friendly but the truck was dirty and the extra moving equipment I requested on-line was not available at that location. Both the truck cab and the storage area were very dirty. I swept out the backmyself before loading anything into it. I picked U-Haul so I could rent a furniture dolly and hand truck. Neither of whch were available when I arrived. The clerk told me they never have those at that loaction and I am not the first person with this issue. I ended up purchasing a hand truck for $120.
RICHARD MILLARDThey couldn’t give me a hard copy of the receipt. It wouldn’t have mattered accept this was for my work and they’re strict about documentation when using a Corp charge card. My office did accept the email of the form.
tom darlingToo expensive. Charged me to 2 rental periods because i Returned the van after closing time. No one is going to be renting the van after the store closes. How can you charge for 2 rental periods if it can’t be rented ?

ELI SEEKERThey charged me the 10 protection fee even when I opted out of it. The women took a phone calls when helping me. Told me it would be easier to do if I did it online and not in person. Then got frustrated and slammed the computer screen. Then when I told them I didn’t ask for the protection plan. They told me there was nothing they can do.

wayne branchU-Haul Customer service is terrible. I refused a trailer due to a broken taillight, but location could not cancel the reservation due to difficulties navigating the U-Haul reservations page. I attempted to cancel the reservation online, and then called the customer care number. They could not help and transfered me to Customer Service. I sat in the que for 25 minutes and no one ever picked up the call.
Neil FongerI develop software and it seems like the UHaul software system could use some help. You might want to actually interview the people who use it. It should have only taken a minute to check in. The staff were professional, but I could sense some frustration.

Albert ColeCheck in was ok. Save move was clicked on I from my online order and I didn’t know it was on and never asked if I wanted it. Also I drove the I haul 3 miles and gas was in the same mark as I got it and I still got charged 25 dollars for gas. That’s crazy and not right at all. Not happy with this

Sonia CorbinDidn’t have a truck ready even though I had a reservation. Offered a different pickup location but wouldn’t pay fir the additional miles and fuel. Had to change my plans and changed the date of pick up the truck had a bad odor inside the cab and the cab was dirty.
