Unable to find and check my order out. Not inspecting a truck before it leaves. Puts the renter in a bad position. Did not go over the truck had damage and could leak. I just happened to find it when going through the last renters papers that had been left behind

Van was new comfortable

Experience was AWESOME!!! Plan to do it again as i volunteer in Haiti yearly and it costs us so much to get all the luggage to the airport so will consider using another similar trailer next trip!! Thanks!

I can't think of anything. Staff was very helpful and the truck was perfect for my needs.

The brakes on the van were not working properly. When I applied the brakes the whole truck shuddered. This happened at highway and back road speeds.

I told the astiant manger of the hardware store that the gas gauge didn't work He told it was u- haul promblem I called u-haul and they said it was the hardwar estore promblem

the lights were difficult to figure out how to turn off. Almost had to leave it after hours with lights still on. Would have liked to know that it was not a simple turn off and have instructions handy.

I reserved a 20' truck on a Thursday for Saturday. When I went to go pick up the truck, they couldn't find the key to the truck. Had to rent a 15' truck, resulting making two trips to move instead of one, costing me more money in mileage.

The truck was covered in snow although I had reserved it several hours before pick up. There was not even a snow brush in it. A co worker dropped it off, and before doing so he put $15 of gas in it. We only went 28 miles. The tank was less than 1/4 , prob closer to 1/8, when we started and we filled it to that amount . I was then billed another $60 for gas . Totally unacceptable!

U-Haul is still the easiest and cheapest way to rent a moving truck. That being said, having a handtruck in every van at no extra charge sure would be nice. I have rented from U-Haul many times before, and several times have found a handtruck in the back, not locked up, and it sure does come in handy. Just my 2 cents.

Truck needs wiper blades. Lug nut missing on right rear.

I would shovel the snow off the back of the rental.. when I got to my address I had shovel the back of the truck off... the staff was very nice... I think her name was Nicole.

Explain how rapidly the mileage charge adds up. The largest part of the bill was that. I will rent from a location close to where I will be working next time.

The young woman who waited on me did not have a clue on how to rent a u-haul. The billing was all messed up. However, Nina is wonderful to deal with. Too bad she wasn't on the morning I came in to pick it up. The vehicle itself ran horrible, was afraid it would not complete .80 miles round trip. I have rented from Rockys in the past and it went smoothly. So maybe the truck needed service maintenance. Bottom line I won't be back.

Overall the customer service was great i just had one part of receiving of equipment it was not in the truck and ready but the rest of the experience was very good. They made the return process quite easy.

At 8 AM no one to receive equipment. I was not sure where to park the truck and trailer.

There was a air leak in the L rear tire, I had to inflate it twice while I had the truck

I had two issues. When I reserved the vehicle, I asked about moving blankets and was told that there were 5 of them in the vehicle. I took them at their word and was very disappointed when I went to load the truck that in fact, there were NONE. My second issue is that when I picked up the vehicle, it was a less than full of gas, and I was told to bring it back with that amount. Really, how do I do that? I brought it back full and for 42 miles, I put in over 5 gallons of gas. I believe the vehicle should be full when I pick it up, and I should return it full. I basically paid for someone else's gas. The people at the location were great, as they always are (I frequent the hardware store often) and it is convenient. I would recommend that location to anyone, but I would warn them about both issues.

Very professional service on all levels.

Yes truck was all banged up and had cigeratte ashes everywhere but WORST Thing -They switched my entire reservation around - I already had reserved and had contract for .40 a mile. Thank god I read there new contract before I left because it was switched to .89 a mile. I explained to them I already had reserved truck for the .40 why would they switch to .89 cents a mile. Long story short I called over to The Uhaul dealer who did my contract for the .40 a mile and told them Rocky's switched everything to .89 cents a mile- thankfully Carrera's called someone from corporate Andrea I believe+ who called Rocky's and they fixed everything. Still wasted hour because Person who was working uhaul at Rocky's was on break and other was new employee who didn't know system. I don't know if they switched my contract on purpose or could have been inadvertent mistake by new employee???
