My receipt said I had a certain amount of gas in there when there wasn’t I was asked an estimated amount of miles I would be driving and I went over the estimated miles that I was gone therefore, I had to pay a ridiculous fee for it. $87 with putting gas in the vehicle for three hours never again.

To me this appears to be UHaul’s fault. They allowed me to schedule pick up for 7 am then changed it to 8am with less than 24 hours notice. I already had 4 people lined up to help me move and had to change plans last minute. The truck was dirty. The equipment I ordered was unavailable. No one from uhaul reached out at any point. I’ve rented from uhaul several times without issue before this awful experience. I have to say I’ll be moving on to Penske or someone else next time.
Mary EThis particular truck is in need of repair. The front end was very loose and made the steering vague and difficult to maintain a path of travel. The air conditioning worked sporadically, often shutting off on its own. The driver's door was out of alignment and needed to be slammed to close properly.
RICHARD BThis was an older truck with fairly high mileage. It ran ok but sounded tired. It did serve its purpose though. The windshield wiper blades were noisy and need to be replaced. The one item missing and would be most helpful is a backup camera.
