We have been renting the same 10’ box truck for over a year at the same location (at least 4 rentals). The truck number is TM-3000. We have photos each time and we ask for the engine and brake light warning lights to be documented and initialed on our paperwork. Each time we ask why it has not yet been fixed and they communicate that repairs are submitted through their local rep from U-Haul who will not repair the. Vehicle to make it safe. Please consider this notice to until that when someone breaks down or has an accident due to a mechanical, engine or brake issue that depending upon the issue or side of road safety implications you have notice and should be held responsible. You are knowingly renting safety issues on DOT roads and they should also take note. We have respectfully provided notice on multiple occasions and are now elevating. I believe the store personnel have tried to do their par to correct the situation. Thank you.

Matthew KMy original order online was a frigging nightmare after 55 minutes. I finally spoke to somebody who was able to transfer my rental to another location that were very helpful. I want to thank that person who helped me something I was supposed to pick up at 2:30 turned into a 415 pick up all because the location I chose had no one there in the vehicle was not checked in what a nightmare again thank you to the people at Ace Hardware in Greenville. I will never rent from the other location ever again..
John MI was quoted 1.39 a mile before the rental and charged 1.49 when I returned it,I returned it early used it for 27 miles and put over 16 dollars of gas in which brought above the fuel guage than when I recieved it and didn't get any credit or reimbursement forr it,the windshield was very dirty and hard to see out of on a sun glaring day,very decieving with all the upcharges.
