I received the truck and the gas tank wasn't full so I feel like I was overcharged for the gas, their truck smelled like cigarettes, there was a cigarette in the vehicle and I took a photo of it. And there was also a check tire light that came on, and that I took a photo of. I had to wait over an hour for the vehicle, which was almost 2 hours past the time, it was supposed to have been returned, which is not the business's fault… But they did not make any steps to get the vehicle back in a timely fashion.

The vehicle I had , had 171000 plus miles on it, and ran like it was going to die any second, when given gas it would barely move and transmission seemed ready to go.

Victor RGot charged for 2 gallons of gas when I drove it a total of 6 miles, makes no sense. The truck was so wicked old, and apparently now I have to purchase the 15$ insurance???? That’s what I was told by the associate. Second time, and last time renting from there
Charles WLocation was super convenient. Gentleman that helped us was very friendly. The only thing i will suggest is that pricing should be more upfront with customer. I was quoted a much higher price at drop off than I was with pick up. Truck was easy to maintain and fuel was filled back up to full. Other than that, great experience.
