The truck felt and sounded like it was ready to fall apart at any moment. The tire/break warning light was on the whole time. The doors were hard to close. Also, they nickle and dime you for everything. What was advertised as a $19.99 rental ended up costing about $80.00. If it wasn't an absolute need, I'd find another way of moving my stuff. I go to the hardware store location all the time and would recommend that. It's just the U-Haul part of things that I would avoid.

The screw that secures the trailer to my hitch was rusty so I had to oil it so I could turn the handle to tighten it to the trailer ball
LON CThe staff were fine and helpful, the company itself is the problem, i reserved a dolly only to find out U-Haul doesn’t send this location that kind of equipment and the only way to get one was to buy one from ace hardware which was far more expensive.
