The owner is not at the location. Tells you to send him photos after you hook up the trailer yourself. I had completed the check in on the app but he claimed I hadn't and added insurance without my consent. The equipment here looked like they were not checked for cleanliness and my trailer had non working lights. Feels like a 3rd world scam center

I was scheduled for pickup in Cochran, Georgia. I had to drive an 30 minutes to get trailer from new location and 30 minutes back. I booked online for the location. I was called on the trip down saying I had been changed to different location for pickup. Once i got there to get the trailer no one was at site. It had a note in the window to call number. I had to upload driver license and send text, also I had to hook the trailer myself because no one was there to assist. And take a picture of the hookup and send to that number. My contract was verified over the phone. It was a very bad experience.

Originally scheduled pickup at a different location at 8am, then it got changed to this location at 8am, then it got changed to 9am after I got there at 8am. Then the store was closed so there was no one to check the trailer connection. Checked out over the phone with a number that was posted on the door,Also when I returned at around 11am with the trailer the store still was not opened, I called around to different uhaul facilities near me that were open because I didn't know how I would get it processed on time to avoid being charged for having it too long. Overall displeased with every step of the process.

No business at the address, out of business. No instructions other than read what was on the fender, no paper work given. Had to call another # to get him, he was about 20 minutes late. I traveled 200 miles and didn't feel like I was treated fairly at all, and the worst part was when I returned the dolly the gentleman told me it was a 1000 wonders I didn't lose my load, he didn't tighten the but on the ball. I picked up a car and by all means he said I should have lost it.

I picked up a 26' Truck, the cup holder was busted out and laying in middle seat, small tear in passenger seat. Also, I picked up truck on sunny day and it rained on drive to Texas and it leaked water into cabe on passenger side and some boxes in Grandma attic got damp, so there were leaks I wasn't aware of when I picked up truck.

I would not recommend renting a Tow dolly from here if you do not know how to set it up and maintain it. The guys there loaded it for me and I had to end up stopping in Augusta for the car to be reloaded by roadside assistance! The chain wasn’t attached at all and was dragging the ground the entire way.

This location tried to hit me with a $25 cleaning fee when I returned the truck cleaner than when I picked it up (it was filthy) and then accused me of causing damage that was already done and photographed prior to my pick up.

I have used Uhaul more than once but on 29th were awful, they didn't have a rental make it so bad i reserved one, if they didn't have the truck i think it would be nice if Uhaul called

Take Rocky’s food mart off your list of dealers. He was 10 minutes late to a preexisting appointment. He tried to rent us a truck wit a check engine light on. He had no equipment like dollys or moving pads. When we returned the truck early, he tried to say we were late and had his equipment. We were early and I spoke with ebony at customer service before we returned the truck to make sure we could return it early. The equipment I had was not his, he had none to give us because it was all stolen. Truck was not swept out prior to renting out to us. Truck cab was dirty. Before we returned the truck we swept it out to make sure it was clean to give back. The truck had a ton of scratches and gouges in the body. Overall Rocky’s food mart was awful and I refuse to rent from them again. Take them off your list of places to rent from!!!

Rocky's Food Mart had so much alcohol that one could consider it a liquor store. Other than that, the worker was nice amidst his East Indian accent.

We did call the location the day before to ask about the app and the owner agreed to come in before the store opened and meet us to make sure everything was good. He was there when he said he would be and was very nice and efficient. Great location for sure.

The back of the truck where you put your furniture smelled like wet dog. The truck was extreme loud as if there was no muffler or maybe a hole in the muffler but it severed is purpose

I would not recommend this location for a U-Haul. The customer service was very poor, and I was accused of stealing a dolly. Additionally, the equipment has many mechanical issues that need to be fixed.

The app is horrible and the truckshare 24/7 was not working. The app would not allow me to scan the barcode for the truck after 30 minutes. If this place were not open I would not be able to pickup or dropoff. There also seems to be a lack of training by employees I believe.

There was no ramp in the uhaul. It was very difficult to get the heavy furniture into the truck. I had to pay someone to help me move and it cost me $75 when I could have done it on my own if I had a ramp. Other than that the truck was clean and the man that works at the store was very friendly.
