I was late by 20 min for pick/up. The mom let me know that too!! Traffic is horrible on i24. 1 lane for 30 min.! The daughter made up for moms outspoken manner. Daughter was very nice & helpful. I was happy I made it there safely.

JOSEPH P.Uhaul had to be cleaned before I could load items into it. The floor was dirty. The ride was horrible. Extremely rough. Had trouble starting a few times. Gas was less than was recorded on my check out paper. I was 3/4 tank but it was actually closer to half a tank.

Howard N W.I rented a utility dolly prior to pickup and when I picked up my equipment they had given it to another customer. They said they'd adjust my bill but didn't and then charged me for the missing dolly after drop off.
Candi P.I made reservations online a week and a half bf it was time to move. I got a call the next day to confirm my reservation and to pick up the truck in Clarksville TN. Get ready to get the truck 20 miles away and they dont have it. They call someone and tell me to drive 6 miles up the road and they will have one. I called and they didnt have one. So then that person calls and finds one in Cadiz Ky. Then I have to drive 40 mins to pick up the truck and then another 20 mins to my apartment. Half of my day was wasted trying to get a truck that i had already reserved a week and a half prior. Im so unhappy with that and i feel like I should have gotten a discount. But I didn't. I hope I dont have to move no time soon bc I will not be using uhaul. Thank you.

Kimberly M.The Trailer was parked in the grass on a slope so that when you backed in to hook it up it required pulling the trailer forward uphill. Not possible unless you're a 250 lb+ 25 yr. old beast. I had to scrounge around and find a piece of wood and lifted the trailer up and braced it up with the wood then backed my hitch ball directly under it...a miracle I got it to work without falling off the wood. It took a while and was pouring rain at the time. The owner of the lot was there and never once offered any help. Not a pleasant experience to say the least! Btw, when I returned it I made sure it wasn't left on that downward slope.
Barry M.i feel sorry for anyone who has to pickup a truck in cadiz ky . i was forced to pickup a truck in 16 miles the opposite direction i needed to go and the customer service person at cadiz didn't care at all . sadly the truck needed shocks badly and the drive beat up my kidney's from extreme bouncing . beware if you need to or are forced to pickup in cadiz ky.

Mark B.Vehicle for old and dirty with a lot of dents and scrapes. Very loud and bumpy ride. Not as good as other Uhaul trucks we had rented in the past, plus expensive with a daily rate, mileage rate, plus gas. Never paid that much in the past. Will think twice before renting one again.

Jeanne P.I do not like the fact that we specifically did not sign up for insurance, yet when I went to pay the insurance was added back. When I questioned, the individual said it was in our contract. I know it was not. I paid for the insurance as I needed the trailer that day AND my credit card was already charged. There was no assistance with the hook up and we were told to go out on the side and look for the trailer number. The tires were not filled correctly and we had to find a place to add air to both tires. Not good customer service overall. I would not return to this u-haul location nor will I recommend it.

Steve S.All customers are instructed to go out back and find their trailer and hook them up without any assistance, safety checkout or inspection of working lights etc. On return, the owner simply has customers "drop" their trailers and nobody checks you in which leaves you susceptible to being charged for damage without any protection for the consumer.

Gary M.Properly equipped location to set up the towed equipment properly. Staff that are more helpful with keeping scheduled appointments and knowledgeable and helpful with pickup, hooking up, unhooking and drop off assistance is required. These services have always been available at rental locations and should be still performed by rental location staff.

LAURIE H.He just gave me a trailer number and said please put it back where it is when you bring it back. He didnt come out to check if I had the correct hitch or wiring or anything. I thought they would at least look at the tow vehicle to make sure it would be safe.
