Interior of truck smelled badly of smoke and need to be vacuumed out. The cup holders and console was dirty. Floor of the back needed to be swept and mopped from mud.

Very easy way check in process.
WILLIAMWESLEY M.I had to drive extra miles in order to pick up a truck because I couldn't get the one at the time I was supposed to closer to home. No big deal except for the fact that... 1. Uhaul did not include my ordered moving blankets. Sure they reversed the charge, but then charged me on drop off for not returning them! 2. Charged me extra for miles - despite the fact that the extra miles were directly related to picking up the truck in a completely different city.

Jerry A.First off, they called me or texted me 3 times in one day to ask if I'd have the truck dropped off on time! I continually assured them I would in fact I dropped it off last night and it wasn't even due until 10 am this morning! When I got there, the gentleman came out and hardly spoke, and what he did say was hardly understandable! He even stated I had went over the mileage and I assure him I had not and even took photos of the mileage to cover myself! I would not recommend this location to anyone!
