While we were treated with the utmost respect and were very happy with the owner of this pickup location, but we were forced to drive nearly 90 miles to pickup our truck. The owner of the store was very apologetic, not like the person on the phone with us from whatever corporate center you call from. There were 10 to 15 trucks in a town just 20 miles away from me where I scheduled the pickup from. I don't understand why we had to drive such a distance for a truck. That ade no sense toi me at all and cost me additionally for the fuel.
