When I dropped the trailer off. I was told to back it up and unhook it. And also i was asked if the trailer was swept clean. I did get help unhooking the trailer in the end. But I can tell u I would of never got it by myself. I feel that in the future they should call for help to assist the customer. Also they asked if the trailer was clean. Maybe they should of came out to look themselves. Just my thoughts. Not sure how your policy is.
