The owner of this location saved the day!!! The process before was a near nightmare. UHaul messed up the order several ways....and the final blow was not telling the owner at this location that the truck needed to be set up for 24/7 pick up. When we arrived at this small town location in the middle of nowhere Texas noone was there and the truck was locked. Thanksfully the owner was close by and able to come work things out. UHaul, you greatly need to improve your top down communication.

Rented a tow dolly and brought a car back to Mart, TX. I had trouble getting the car off the tow dolly and EJ actually came from his shop to help me get the vehicle safely off the tow dolly. He was very professional, helpful, and polite. Def recommend using him as a uhaul outlet.

It was 9:30am and the residential/office owners were asleep, not only that they were located 20 miles away from my original request to pickup which added 20 miles plus gas. Will not recommend Uhaul.

Our actual order was made at a great U-Haul location in Pasadena. Through some snafu, which included a computer system change, the truck we had reserved didn't arrive in Pasadena. The man in charge, Tony, spent a big chunk of his day tracking down a truck for us which finally materialized in Rosemead in the late afternoon. There was no dolly so we went back to Tony who happily provided the dolly. So Tony in Pasadena is fantastic and the guys in Rosemead are simply there, ready to push buttons and collect the money. We are renting another truck from Tony this coming Friday and I'm confident Tony will do all he can to help us and make sure we are well taken care of. He's wonderful!

Was never told about the $30 fee for gas filling service. After I returned the truck, the nice guy at the counter said my invoice is in the email. I thought $92 total sounded a little odd so when i got home, I saw the receipt and he charged me $30 fee for gas filling service. If I knew about that, I would have pulled right next door and pump a gallon and myself $40. I was ok with $10 gas charge but throwing $30 out the window when it's literally the next drive way was the gas station left a bad taste.

Was sent to 3 different places to finally get a uhual. People at all locations were helpfull yet people on phone were horrible. Took me 3 1/2 hrs to finally get a truck and I was still charged about $130. Worst experience ever!!!

I was billed for a third day I did not use or agree to. I told the clerk up front I only needed two days but he said he was closed on Sunday. I asked if the trailer could be dropped off at his location on Sunday and he said yes. I did drop it off on Sunday at 1:45 pm and they were open. I rent these trailers often at another location for a Boy Scout troop I lead but they were out of them at the time I made the reservations. I have never had a problem before at the Rosemead/Mission location in Rosemead CA
