Both owners were excellent. When the trailer was not returned by previous renter per schedule, the owners found another U-Haul location with a trailer. Given the exemplary customer experience, I adjusted my pickup schedule to do business with the owners. Very refreshing to receive that level of customer care.

Dave SThey need to work on their communication and the geofencing for the trucks. In regards to the communication, I called them to confirm the reservation they said I have to go over there during business hours. Okay so I went over there doing business hours I get a call that's they aren't going to be there during business hours. So then what was the point of telling me to be there during business hours. It just felt like they were pranking me and that's not cool especially when I'm renting a truck. Like serious business trucks aren't cheap so I don't know why they felt what seemed like playing around with my time and money. That's so disrespectful.
Skyler DThe only complicated part of this process was the fact the truck was parked about 1000 feet from the actual rental location. The location was closed on Saturday, so this was completely self-serve through the app. Because of that the geo-locate of the U-Haul app didn't recognize the exact pickup and drop-off location and I had to walk past a closed gate to the actual facility.
