They need to work on their communication and the geofencing for the trucks. In regards to the communication, I called them to confirm the reservation they said I have to go over there during business hours. Okay so I went over there doing business hours I get a call that's they aren't going to be there during business hours. So then what was the point of telling me to be there during business hours. It just felt like they were pranking me and that's not cool especially when I'm renting a truck. Like serious business trucks aren't cheap so I don't know why they felt what seemed like playing around with my time and money. That's so disrespectful.

The only complicated part of this process was the fact the truck was parked about 1000 feet from the actual rental location. The location was closed on Saturday, so this was completely self-serve through the app. Because of that the geo-locate of the U-Haul app didn't recognize the exact pickup and drop-off location and I had to walk past a closed gate to the actual facility.
