I showed up and the lot is gated and locked during what is suppose to be working hours. There was one other uhaul trailer parked at the gate so I left mine beside it and went through the steps on the uhaul app for returning. Terrible location for dropping off a 16ft trailer, no place to turn around or park and leave the trailer without it being in the way. Not impressed at all that no one was onsite and I had to leave the trailer sitting there unattended and unsecure.
