The only complicated part of this process was the fact the truck was parked about 1000 feet from the actual rental location. The location was closed on Saturday, so this was completely self-serve through the app. Because of that the geo-locate of the U-Haul app didn't recognize the exact pickup and drop-off location and I had to walk past a closed gate to the actual facility.
