Tim H.I received my email receipt after dropping the vehicle back off and I was charged a sir charge for fuel, which stated that I did not return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. This is false! I put gas in the vehicle just before returning it and the Gas gauge was actually showing more fuel than what it was when I picked it up. This is unacceptable. If it would not have been for this issue I would have provided an excellent rating.

David J.I went to go pick up my u-haul and they didn't have it so I had to go somewhere else to get it. I put more gas than I should have in the uhaul and I went a few miles over. I feel they should have just waved the mileage because I put more gas in it

Jeremiah S.The truck was filthy dirty. Cigarette butts put out in the cup holders. Cup holders were sticky and disgusting. My appliance Dolly was not in the truck but I paid for it. No human interaction. Done by mobile and the process was slow. I was forced to return the uhaul where I got it from and there is a uhaul less than a mile from where I was. Very disappointed in the whole ordeal.

Larry H.Communication and accuracy. I was scheduled for a UHaul truck pick up at one location with a virtual pickup at 7 am. I called three days ahead to confirm with UHaul that the truck is going to be available at 7 am. On the day of pickup, the store was closed and no virtual pickup was available. A UHaul customer service representative found a truck for me for a virtual pickup at a different location. Other than that the experience was good. Thank you.

It took about 45-1 hour to get our truck because of the app. It was confusing and when I put the reservation in a few days before no one informed me it would take so long to get the code for the lock box. That was frustrating. Can you improve the app or have people get all information in prior to pick up.

Tony F.Fix the mobile return. I didn't know I needed to take pictures before I put the key in the return box. Had to access the return email several times to get it completed. Still not sure if I did it right. Never got a confirmation. Couldn't upload previously taken photos which was all I had of the mileage since I already returned the key.

Toni R.In returning the equipment, after hours, the Uhaul application was having issues. I attempted to call a uahaul representative and was told wait time was approximately 40 minutes. I held the line for almost 50 minutes with no answer. In meantime I returned to a wifi coverage area and was able to use the website chat feature to close my transaction. Bottomline, customer representative contact is useless, do everything self service, oh a d that doesn't work well either with no cell phone coverage.
