Ashley Hit is a old shop they sell lots of used items a thrift store, it is best if you call before you arrive because they are closed But the Uhaul is open and if you call ahead of time they can meet you outside, they also have the 24/7 Truck Share so if you're needing a Truck you can rent one 24/7 throught Uhual's website or app.

Jose JWell. I was suppose to pick up my uhaul at 2:45 I was sent to the wrong location and then upon arrival no one was there to help me with any questions. I was cheated by a hour with my rental I got my rental at 4 I was checked in at 3. Which took me all day to move and I had to pay for the extra day cause of lateness of the employee scheduling my reservation which led to me leaving late to move.
Destiny SMake sure the right vehicle you reserve is at the location. Tires are in good shape.
Debra RI didn't speak to anyone at the drop off place, just took pictures and called the u-haul # listed. To let them know what I did. Plus I couldn't download the app because of location. The personal called me on Friday evening to let me know they taken care of the paperwork for the trailer I left and sent me an email.
Regina MPickup location was changed last minute. We had to drive 8 to 10 miles further. Once we found the location out in the country, the person had us check-in all over again! I had already completed the online check-in but was told I had to do it twice. He took photos of my driver license and tried to add insurance but I told him and I showed him we already had a signed online contract. Somehow we were charged the extra insurance anyways even though we did not want it. He told us it was only $5. Also, the latch was so rusty it took a lot of force to tighten down on hitch ball.
