I was very confused and frustrated. When i selected the notification from the app, the link didnt work. I had know idea what to do. It is a app pick up only. It took well over 30 minutes of fumbling around to accidentily get the process started. The app has problems.

It took a very long time to check in and out on the app. The truck rode really rough. Over the years, we have rented a lot of U-Hauls to move our toys that we used to hand out to needy children at Christmas.
