Truck was totally empty with fuel when I picked up. I had reservations for 7:30 am and did not get out of UHaul till 8:30 and then had to put gas in the truck to go 4 miles. App was not working and took me 40 minutes to get through to customer service for help. Truck was really dirty when I got it. The whole experience was not a good experience.
