Hard to find drop box. Don’t even know where location is. Nothing is labeled accordingly. Just saw a black mail box and dropped key off inside. Was unaware of location being mobile accessible only. Would have liked for it to be mentioned. Overall U-Haul experience was great, drop off location/process could be better.

Truck was totally empty with fuel when I picked up. I had reservations for 7:30 am and did not get out of UHaul till 8:30 and then had to put gas in the truck to go 4 miles. App was not working and took me 40 minutes to get through to customer service for help. Truck was really dirty when I got it. The whole experience was not a good experience.

Tania FU-Haul was not upfront with pricing. Fuel charges and fees were not included in the quote. The process for pickup and return was slow.
