U-Haul was not upfront with pricing. Fuel charges and fees were not included in the quote. The process for pickup and return was slow.

The key lock was extremely hard to open. When it came time to return the keys I could not open it. Please replace your lock.

The combination lock in box 2 for the keys was extremely difficult to open. The parking area should provide sufficient space for the mandatory photos at return.
