Discovered ants In the cargo area when I went to begin loading. I sprayed at both back corners and across the back where the door comes down and they were traveling. When we went to unload several days later ants were all over our contents, the worst being on a queen side mattress. Remote check in was not easy. Truck was in an Unmanned lot where the grass was a foot tall. Had to call the support number to get checked out. The wait time was probably 15 minutes. This all was very frustrating as I had packers waiting at my house. The person from u-haul that we were able to speak to was very helpful But it still took 20 minutes or so to get thru the process. All in all we arrived at the lot minutes prior to 2 o'clock and didn't leave the lot til almost 3 o'clock. This was not the location I requested but was changed by the operator to another lot.Francis L.
We were told to pick up our blankets (36 prepaid) and the appliance dolly at another location. We under serious time constraints. Upon arriving they had no idea what we were talking about, no blanket, no dolly. We finally found another UHaul in area to accommodate us but we should have never had to go on that wild goose chase, This was my only, but significant, disappointment.Robert M.

Stopped in at location to check their operating hours. The person said we could use the "online" return to return vehicle since we had a couple of days left on our agreement and they would then be closed. The "online return" is NOT user friendly!!!Stephen D.

I was given 2 extra days at no charge at the pickup location but was charged for them at the return location. I have been unable to get anyone to respond and I been to this location more than once and have never found anyone there. I have always been very happy with uhaul in general but this location is the worst and has disappointed me with uhaul.Ron M.

my uhaul was completely infested with ants. I could not do anything about this because I already had to pick it up esrly because they were closed on Sundays which does not make much sense given that most people move on the weekends. The ants infested my belonings, ruining at least $200-$300 worth of stuff as well as making my 5 hour drive unbearabe and covering me with bites.ashley H.

Make the price more reasonable for short time and distance use. I only used the truck for 24 hours or less and the mileage was low. I believe that the price could have been a little less.Daniel M.

The wires were stripped on the uhaul trailer and it blew out the fuse to my vehicle for the trailer turn signals. The location said that they were not responsible for the trailer maintenance and I would have to handle it with uhaul if I wanted it fixed. I am very dissapointed with uhaul for the unmaintained trailer wiring and the dealership for not finding an acceptable solution.JOHN C.

when picking up Uhaul the owner of the store was very timid towards me and accused me of falsifying my rental because the price he saw for the reservation was incorrect. told me I would not be walking out of his location untill he figured out what I was doing. very rude, unhappy and made me feel like a criminal. very unhappy to get treated this way, I have always been loyal to uhaul and will be considering other companys in the future.robert K.

The starting mileage on the truck was 40 miles more than what the paperwork indicated. As a result I had to pay extra for those miles that I did not even drive. I am extremely upset by this locations poor record keeping and the added expense they caused me.KRISTEN N.
