I identified that the trailer was dirty when self-checking out the trailer. When self-returning the trailer, I also identified it was dirty but was given a $15 cleaning fee which I disputed with the teller at this rental location. He said the cleaning fee would be removed which it obviously wasn't on my final bill. I won't be going to this location in the future, and recommend other people to avoid it as well.

SIVANESAN KThe U-Haul app assigned me to this location to pick up a truck, but when I arrived the staff initially said they didn’t even have the truck that was reserved for me. I had to call customer service to sort it out. After the call, they suddenly said the truck was available. Another major issue was the condition of the yard. It was covered in black ice and looked like it hadn’t been cleared all winter. It was extremely unsafe—my friend slipped twice while we were there. Overall, the experience was frustrating and the location felt poorly maintained and unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

JESURAJA SThe owner was super rude, as we entered there was a line up of clients waiting for their truck, the owner rudely told us that the system is not working and there is nothing he can do about it. He asked me to get out of the store and wait until the system responds during super cold winters. on a minus 22 day. When the clients were annoyed because of his behaviour then he told everybody including us to get out and call U-haul customer support. The guy also said do whatever you want and get out of here. Very disappointing with the way he treated us.

NEHALBHAI VWasn't able to do online registration to pick up. Had to wait till the shop opened to get key. Wanted to charge me more than my contract called for but ended up correcting it. Wasn't able to give me the mattress cover I ordered and paid for in advance. Wasn't helpful as this was my first time renting a truck for moving and didn't have a clue what to do or expect.Didnt see the text message about having to take pictures of the truck before leaving the yard. There was a truck parked right in front of my rental so even if I had been able to do online check in I wasn't able to move the vehicle. Horrible first experience!
