Did an after business hours return, Lots of room to park the trailer. However the online return process has issues. I had to call support to help me out. Logging in the app returned errors continuously. Logging in via order number worked but the return process would not let me upload my pictures and gave no indication whatsoever that the return process was completed. So I had to call support to ascertain that my return was completed. Please fix the software.

be sure to check gas by 1 of your employee before renting it to another family. Yesterday I only got like 21miles to empty and when I return the Truck I have left 33miles to empty. Also put a guide or posters on how to remotely get the truck I know you have customer support but sometimes it takes time for them to answer. It took me 45mins before I got the truck because the app is not getting my location.

Good day, Two (2) out of the four (4) brake lights were not functioning properly which was nerve-wracking driving at night in a rainstorm. Uhaul should properly maintain their trailer rental fleet and not rent them in unsafe condition. Furthermore, the staff person was not able to disconnect the trailer himself so we did it. Of lesser concern, there was a very loud demanding client in the tiny (I mean tiny) office camandeering the attention of the single agent and speaking so loudly on her phone on speaker, the agent was unable to hear me in order to process my rental. This client made inappropriate comments about the nationality of The uhaul agent serving her over the phone. The agent the store failed to meet proper client experience standards so I politely managed the room and had the other client turn down the volume (and solved her uhaul rental issue as well by helping her secure what she was seeking from an alternate location.) Personally, I will not return to this location nor will I recommend it to others. From the equiptment maintenance itself to the lack of capability managing trailers and clients. A credit for 6x12 trailer 2 day rental from an alternate location would be appreciated considering the substandard experience with this U-haul location. Thank you for soliciting my feedback.

The trailer had a lot of construction dirt in it and site was muddy. I had to work pretty hard to hook up because the trailer was stored in a back area that was muddy and leaf covered and it did not roll easily since it was stuck in mud. The trailer could have been put in a better area prior to pickup and I had no help hooking up.

Glad to see their fleet has been upgraded. I had an issue where both online and in person, I was given the 10’ truck rather than the 9’ van I wanted. Not sure exactly why, but I had to change it twice. Customer service was quick and easy. Online is very slow and not worth the extra time “saved”. Do everything in person.

Truck was clean but engine was making loud grinding noise when driving and the brakes were pulling the truck to the right whenever used. This was very worrisome, especially on highway driving.

My time is from 830am230pm saturday Sept 29th. Haysefah was the person who assisted me and I was not happy with this store or customer service. He had made the assumption that I did the dent on the truck. They charged my credit card for $250.00 for damages ( dent on top right of truck) and then I had to call Customer care and forwarded me the photos from Sept 3 2023 and those dents were previously there. I did not like how he accused me of these damages and was not happy with the professionalism with this store. I am extremely upset without no notice they charged me $250. 00 and I purchased smart move. They were not suppose to charge me 250.00 since I purchased Smart move as per my discussion with Uhaul Customer Care. If I had not done my due diligence they would have charged me for these damages. Parker from customer service archived photos/email to locate these previous archived photos. Luckily I purchased SmartMove for $16.00. This store should have reviewed the photos of the truck before hand. I would like the full truck rental refunded plus my $250.00. The employees need better training in this location. I am still waiting for a call from a William Abraham the district manager. They still have not refunded my full refund for 371.00. My credit card is maxed out because of these unnecessary charges by Uhaul and for damages that I did not do on my end. I have pictures evidence from Sept 3 that show the damage from.head office. I am very upset with this store. This is unacceptable to accuse any customer of damages. It is their fault for not recording these damages from Sept 3? Why does a customer have to be a lawyer and do their due diligence and get data from Uhaul? This store should have stored the previous damages history in the computer. You can't just charge a customer for $250.00 without notification. I am very sad about this experience. I am regular uhaul customer. This is a complete nightmare from this store. I was promised my full refund and still has not received and credit card is maxed. William Abraham please call me 6478024483. Thank you.

Try to help them ascertain their exact needs. We had to rent another 15 truck, from U-Haul on Kingston. We should have rented the 15 in the first place. All in all the services were excellent, but would have preferred to rent the 15 trunk instead of the Cargo van.

Rented a trailer and wiring channels were missing from one wheel well and loose on the other. Wiring from the missing side was rubbing against the tires and had frayed and been torn apart. Fortunately only small side lights but still not very good. Also lots of broken glass in the trailer we had to sweep and vacuum out before using.

What can I explain here when you were told 2 days before your moving that your location has changed to 40 km away from your original location. I had to drive 130 km from Toronto to Welland, ON and I booked U hall in Toronto at Parliament st, and picked my location in Welland for drop off. 2 days prior to my moving date, U hall called me and said you have to go pick up this rental equipment close to Toronto zoo and return it back there. This is the poorest service provided by U haul, an unethical approach to serve your customer when I booked it months in advance. I planned it to drive this vehicle for 2 hours and 130kms, but I ended up driving it 347 kms + fuel + 8 hours of travel to drop the vehicle back from Welland to Scarborough.

I only have one complaint. There was pizza slice boxes shoved under the passenger seat and fries and chicken nuggets under the driver's seat. The customer who used the van before us neglected to take their garbage.

Worst expertise with Uhal I have had, the front desk is rude and doesn’t know any customer service. Told me to call my bank and 4 cards didn’t go through but was told it was my issue but simple system reboot fixed the issue. Never going to this location again. The return process was even worse with the same front desk person. He doesn’t know anything and looks overwhelmed. The truck was in bad shape doesn’t drive good at all.

Upon arrival , the representative told me to hold on while he was on his phone watching Tik Tik videos . I was told by the same representative that I should’ve been there 1:45 pm to pick up the truck while I was there on time which was exactly 2:00 pm .He was very rude & a poor reflection of U haul . I never ever had that experience at any other u haul prior to this . I was in a rush as I had my daughter’s graduation to attend . I kept the vehicle for one more day & they called me non stop to return the truck . THEY CALLED NON STOP !!!!!

When I went to drop off the trailer, all of the boulders in the parking lot, one of them cut my front tire and I had a flat. To improve this place you could maintain the equipment better and make sure it is safe for customers vehicles to drive in the yard. I intend to contact U-Haul about this issue.
