They over charge me for the rental, tire pressure under pressure. One Tie down strap is missing.

SIVANESAN KStaff were helpful in accommodating my after-hours return and provided clear instructions, but I’m glad I had someone with me otherwise I would not have felt very comfortable navigating the back of the building and large fleet area by myself in the dark.
