Susan was AMAZING!!! She handled her customer service very professionally with her patience and empathy. As soon as I walked into that office, her warm welcome with her kindness blew me away. I went to another Uhaul in Round Rock and was treated with poor service and didn't accept my card. I drove extra miles out because I didn't know about this location and was turned away. If anything the company can fix in other locations is the method of payment and a couple of attitude adjustments. I left very upset! But coming to the location near the "Saint Williams Catholic Church Basilica in Round Rock Texas", Susan's professionalism and empathy saved the day. I enjoyed someone going above and beyond expectations to ensure me I would leave with a truck in under 7 minutes. She was very prompt at her job, caring, down to earth and gracefully sweet. You need more workers like her, they don't make people like her no more. If you can multiply her by 2 for every store, can you imagine the business aspect of fast customer service. Please give her the recognition she deserves. Because of her, I left satisfied and found my Uhaul store. I don't care how many miles I travel to, she is the reason I'm going back and recommending this place only.

BRANDI OI already ordered a dolly in my online order before action week. While i was in the office for pickup i asked him to check it up whether it is ınside the vehicle or not. He checked and told me they forgot to place it and no dolly in the location. But he said no worries, you could go nearby uhaul office and easily add to your order. It was really bad experience because the location he addressed did not help me and i had no time to find another dolly. I couldnt believe it was that easy to put a simple dolly to the vehicle. It was really bad day for me.

ESTEBAN ACab smelt like piss and there was grass all over the cargo space. Probably the worse uhaul I've ever gotten. Only plus was the reverse camera in the rear view mirror
