If I reserve a dolly I expect a Dolly or to be notified of one is not going to be made available prior to the reservation being made. I could have made other reservations elsewhere

LARIXA AI would have much rather had a location closer to my house and. It closer to the original U-Haul office the app somehow selected. The proximity to the home address feature on your app doesn’t work.
