Very rude..would not respond to my voicemails..when I called and spoke to him personally, I was told that he would hold the truck that I had requested..only to receive a text the day before from UHaul that there was no truck available. I keep getting continuously charged without being told why or receiving an invoice/email or anything to substantiate the charges. You can't just keep legally charging people without telling them what the charge is for.

Bob CYou need to make sure your trucks are ready to go for the next customer Our truck had damaged rear wheel & axle along with the box body We were not going to drive it. We contacted main office sent them pics & mechanic tech agreed that truck should not be driven. We had reserved 12 blankets but did not get any however were charged for them This was not resolved in a timely fashion The dealer business never returned voice message we left for him regarding our situation. You would think he’d follow up the following business day especially when there were issues. Feel free to call me for further explanation.
