Very rude..would not respond to my voicemails..when I called and spoke to him personally, I was told that he would hold the truck that I had requested..only to receive a text the day before from UHaul that there was no truck available. I keep getting continuously charged without being told why or receiving an invoice/email or anything to substantiate the charges. You can't just keep legally charging people without telling them what the charge is for.

was to pick up truck in Iola, ks but got call day before saying I had to go 20 Miles away to Chanute Kansas to get the truck instead.
