I contacted this location on the 13th of July for a rental for the 17th on a car dolly. Left several messages when I arrived from out of state that Friday & finally answered @ 1pm. Very disorganized. I had to manually move the dolly to even load it. Took pictures for the app of the dolly then she realized it was the wrong one. Couldn’t change the pictures but the app accepted. It was asking for a plate picture. No plates just a serial number. Was asked if I could have it back by 4:30pm, i’m thinking darn it, I’ve been calling since 11am & my destination was 30 minutes out & I still had to load in the rain but I did it. Arrived back @ 4pm & there was a note on the door saying won’t be back till 4:15pm so we waited then finally unloaded & parked it but apparently nothing else to do or a receipt of dropping off. The lights didn’t work & the shape of the dolly safety cables required gloves because I cut myself several times just hooking up. Was told it was my truck but was totally fine with my own trailer & boats lights. Wasn’t to safe in the rain so I put the hazard lights on the car I was pulling. Had to do something, again I was 3 hrs from out of town. Billing wasn’t done on Friday & still no billing as of Monday @ 5pm. Not sure what’s going on but hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at trying to rent something from U-Haul. Today on Monday I Just bought a car dolly for myself for $900. Won’t have to this again.

Really nice people at this location that were helpful. However, rental truck was dirty on the exterior and there was a large hole in the metal roof of the box truck. While I’m trying to move my home i now have to stop what I’m doing and spend a lot of time bending ripped aluminum back into place and carefully patching the hole with duct tape. I feel like I need to be reimbursed for the trouble. But no one has offered as of yet.
MAX GWe dropped off after hours and did not meet any personnel. The drop box was labeled well and in a good, easy to spot location. As for the drop off, when taking pictures via the App, it would make more sense to me for the rear picture #1 to be with the door open vs closed. Rear picture #2, we had to open the door after we had just cleaned the truck out and had the door open. Otherwise, the U-Haul App made it super easy to return after hours.
Curtis NVery rude..would not respond to my voicemails..when I called and spoke to him personally, I was told that he would hold the truck that I had requested..only to receive a text the day before from UHaul that there was no truck available. I keep getting continuously charged without being told why or receiving an invoice/email or anything to substantiate the charges. You can't just keep legally charging people without telling them what the charge is for.
