Using the app was not easy. It was also not clear that I would still need to go into the location to get the keys for the vehicle. Thankfully I picked a time that also saw the location open. The person working at the location was helpful and gave me the key however. The vehicle was dirty, there was clearly spit on the center console, the emergency brake handle was broken and hanging, overall the vehicle was not in very good shape. I've rented from U-Haul a number of times in the past, but I was not impressed this time at all.
