I had reserved a truck for 09/12/20 at 10:00 am, the place I had reserved it from called me multiple times before 10:00 am to confirm I would be picking up the truck. I did not answer since I was extremely busy, but I was confident my reservation was in place since a Uhaul rep had contacted me a day before to confirm my reservation. On my way to pick up the truck I saw all the missed calls from the rental place and started calling back and nobody answered. By the time I got there, there was no one in the office, just an employee outside that said the office person had left and did not know anything about the rentals. This employee called the office person y we waited until he came back, about 10 minutes. He did mentioned that the truck was not clean since it had been used constantly.Rafael G.

AC in truck was not working had to return truck and could not get a replacement vehicle due to the fact business closed early on weekends. This was 3 weeks ago and still have not been contacted by any uhaul rep regarding this incident and debit card transaction still shows up as pending... Unbelievable as a customer that they have just ignored this situation altogether, I mean the fact that they haven't charged me or given me a refund, but still have a hold on my debit card for 3 weeks now speaks volumes as to their customer service.Rudy S.

The only negative mark I can think of is that the location did not have Sunday hours and I had to return my rental Monday morning. I really don't fault the business as they should be allowed a day off if they so choose. Because I rented a trailer, there was no option of leaving the trailer on the street as you could do with a truck.Chuck P.

I scheduled my pick up on 12/15/18 for 11:30am and when I got to location no one was at office and it was at a tire shop and when asked about the uhaul rental contact person no one seem to know or provide any information until I went to another uhaul location who was able to contact the lady and was told she was running errors. I was finally given a call after 12pm. I showed up at location once again and lady didn't even acknowledge I was there she was just on the phone, which seem a personal call. I finally interrupted her and asked if she was the person I was supposed to talk to, she said yes just sit and I will be with you shortly. While processing my rental application it felt like she was rushed to leave and didn't explain much about how the process of renting an uhaul she only wanted to sell the insurance. She told me I still had until 3:30pm to return the vehicle even though by the time I signed all paper work is was after 12:30pm She didn't even accompany my, to let me know what truck I was to take. I had to go from one vehicle to another. I have to look for it myself.isabel B.

Upon my scheduled pick up time the person in charges of checking the truck to me was not present. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes in the heat for this person to arrive. Her computer was not working so she used her cell phone to complete the transaction. She apparently did not know what an appliance hand cart was so I initially thought that I would have to drive to a different U Haul facility to pick it up. Once I described what it was she told me that she did have one. It was not complete because it was missing the strap to hold down the appliances. Luckily I had my own strap. The truck was clean and it came with a full tank of gas. Good truck, I just don't want to do business at that pick up location again.paul B.
