San Pablo location is terrible. They are trying to upsell and overcharge and don’t keep accurate fuel mileage photos and charge without authorisation. I rented multiple times from the San Rafael CA location and never had any issues.

Took significantly too long to get the truck for the rental. Also the location isn’t a U-Haul, it is an empty lot and a total wireless
