Good Customer Service Very Helper
SHARRON MDouble checking the trucks to make sure they don’t break down, customer support to be more helpful with correct information on the procedures in the case of the truck not working, communication because customer support decided to hang up on us, estimated time to locate someone to fix it considering that we were stuck there for 2 hours without not knowing any kind of information on the status of the mechanic.

Jesse RIt was obvious that the vehicle was not inspected before it was rented out. The inside was dusty and the outside dirty. Because the lot where the van are stored is not paved it added to the van being dirty. The van was at 1/4 of a tank, I rent consistently and normally it is at a minimum of 3/4 of a tank. As I drove off the SIM light was on which I had no clue what it was, I had to use YouTube to figure it out as it was set at 15 miles per hour. Then on the second day of the rental the check charging came on.

Gretchen TSan Pablo location is terrible. They are trying to upsell and overcharge and don’t keep accurate fuel mileage photos and charge without authorisation. I rented multiple times from the San Rafael CA location and never had any issues.
