It was obvious that the vehicle was not inspected before it was rented out. The inside was dusty and the outside dirty. Because the lot where the van are stored is not paved it added to the van being dirty. The van was at 1/4 of a tank, I rent consistently and normally it is at a minimum of 3/4 of a tank. As I drove off the SIM light was on which I had no clue what it was, I had to use YouTube to figure it out as it was set at 15 miles per hour. Then on the second day of the rental the check charging came on.

daniel fI was so impressed with your customer service and friendliness. The rental process was smooth and easy. I cant say enough about my positive experience so just keep doing what you are doing. Nothing needed improving that I can think of.
Gretchen TSan Pablo location is terrible. They are trying to upsell and overcharge and don’t keep accurate fuel mileage photos and charge without authorisation. I rented multiple times from the San Rafael CA location and never had any issues.
