I used the vehicle to move my household belongings. The truck was returned clean and did not require any cleaning, but I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. Could you please review this charge and let me know why it was applied?
Yavuz KCarboy Auto Inc. (425 Red Maple Road) was my original drop-off location, but it is way too small for a U-Haul branch. There is no parking lot to return a truck, no signs showing it's a U-Haul, and it is located on a busy, dangerous street corner. I finished moving on June 15 at 4:30 PM. I went there to use the key drop box based on the instructions, but the parking was completely packed, so I had to take the truck back home. The next morning at 6:00 AM (my scheduled return time), I went back and spent 30 minutes driving in circles and trying to call the store because there was still nowhere to park. I ended up calling customer service and was told to go to a different location (Rust Check Centre in Vaughan, which was a good location). However, this change cost me extra mileage, extra money, and wasted my time. Because of this delay, I had to reschedule all the deliveries for my new place. I'm so disappointed with this experience. I don’t know why Carboy Auto is set up to accept truck drop-offs. It is unsafe and has zero space. I apologize to Rust Check Centre, because you guys were a good location and did a great job, but I had to put a 1-star rating for everything just to bring this to customer service's attention.
NHUT AGot a $25 cleankng fee for two less thn a foot lkmg 2x4s that were forgotten in the back. No mess just two sticks practically Check in person had zero interest in checking me in or showing me where the truck is, said go find it in the yard Would avoid this lovation
andrew hAbsolutely nothing this establishment was fantastic due to A recent operation I was kind of handicapped to hook up the trailer that I had rented, they were nice enough to notice and would not let me do anything I backed up my vehicle stayed in my vehicle, they went out of their way to make sure everything was hooked up lowered and sent me on my way. Absolutely amazing customer service.
Corey MReception was abrupt, all business and zero pleasantries. Return was pretty much the same, different staff. Truck was in decent shape, not very clean but got the job done. Overall, effective and conveniently located so no complaints but a little bit of TLC will make this location so much better.

IFEOMA OBusiness professionalism is a given. I do not give more stars when someone is doing what they should or the vehicle is performing what it should. I am giving more stars to someone or something that is going a step further. I asked if I could use the washroom there, but the person told me the washroom is not open to the public!!!!

Jan-Tina SWhen I pick up the Van , the gas is 1/8 of the tank, The Guy told me just fill up the same level when I return. so I did. but they charged me the almost 40 dollar gas the next day. not go this place anymore
David KLove the location and the people working there but the truck I drove was terrible. Brakes needed to severely be done, transmission was terrible the truck was jerking extensively. Driving on the highway the truck was shaking like crazy and the steering wheel was vibrating to a severe degree

ALEXANDRE NOne of the workers at this location was incredibly rude, we were told to make sure the cab remains clean but it wasn’t clean in the first place. Overall a very stressful experience.

ALEXANDR SThe truck could use an interior cleaning. That said, it was not excessively dirty. It just needs a cleaning. Also, the trailer door sticks and sometimes does not want to close easily. Other than those two things, the truck worked out very well for my move.
FRANK SAwful customer service. I was overcharged for 2 days instead of 1 and the rep didnt seem happy to fix the mistake. I was also told there was half a tank of gas at the beginning of my rental, which I discovered was false, there was only 1/8. The rep was once again not happy to fix the mistake.
POLINA HNo problems with this location as such as I parked and dropped the keys in the Key drop box, however, Rust Check Centre was never my drop off location. My drop off location was York Auto Collision Inc. and I have a confirmation Email from Uhaul as well for this drop off location, however, Uhaul's app conveniently changed the location without my ever changing it and I had yo deal with the hassle of driving to a different location. The app just won't allow me to drop at my original drop off location.
Mohit GTerrible online check-in experience. I will never ever select online check-in on your app. If you can't handle this, then you didnt have to offer this. Why did you ask me to scan the "location barcode"?? There was no such a thing. 😡 I was lucky one of the staff was still there and he helped me kindly with pickup. He said we don't have "barcode" in here!!
