Giuseppe MThe staff were so friendly and efficient in helping to troubleshoot when the app wasn't working properly and just in checking in with me to ensure I had everything I needed before leaving the lot. They have a lot of vehicles, the location is very accessible and all the Uhaul tools (lock boxes, return bin) are easy to find.
VANESSA CI reserved the van through the app and everything pretty much went smooth. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they had switched me to a different one, the delay was not long at all. The vehicle itself was in decent shape I would say, a few little damages around the exterior. The ride felt a little rough, the brakes felt a bit spongy but worked well enough. Also, their was some knocking when turning the vehicle. I had decided to return the van earlier than scheduled, I did so in the evening. The drop off process through the app was a bit to deal with, especially trying to take pictures in the lot as it is not very well lit. All in all, in was a good experience and wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

Shaun IThe trucks should be filled with fuel to the full so that the renter would return it full. I renter with 7/8 gas in the truck and I returned it with full tank with the hope that, I would get 1/8 tank credit for the next time I rent but was told no. Meanwhile, I get that treatment whenever I rent vehicles from Budget, Hertz and Avis.

Steve SI had worst experience with Uhaul. I did reservations but for some reasons I modified the time for pick up. They agreed but when I reached there. I used application for key lock password but then suddenly I saw that there was some problem with my account. I tried to chat with agent. She/ He told me that you have pending due around $800 and the account with someone. I said I never your service how it is possible she told me she cant help. After that, I called to customer service there was 1 hour waiting time. I waited then call connected they tried to help me. At last after 2:30 hours my issue got resolved. Because of all this, I had loss nearly $400. Because I didnt complete the moving on time. Thank you.

Lyndel BThe service a d location was excellent however the equipment that we rented was not described accurately on the Uhaul website. We rented a 6ft x 12ft utility trailer with a ramp. The ramp opening was considerably smaller than the width of the trailer which meant that we could not load out machinery on to it.

Bo ZI used the vehicle to move my household belongings. The truck was returned clean and did not require any cleaning, but I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. Could you please review this charge and let me know why it was applied?
Yavuz KCarboy Auto Inc. (425 Red Maple Road) was my original drop-off location, but it is way too small for a U-Haul branch. There is no parking lot to return a truck, no signs showing it's a U-Haul, and it is located on a busy, dangerous street corner. I finished moving on June 15 at 4:30 PM. I went there to use the key drop box based on the instructions, but the parking was completely packed, so I had to take the truck back home. The next morning at 6:00 AM (my scheduled return time), I went back and spent 30 minutes driving in circles and trying to call the store because there was still nowhere to park. I ended up calling customer service and was told to go to a different location (Rust Check Centre in Vaughan, which was a good location). However, this change cost me extra mileage, extra money, and wasted my time. Because of this delay, I had to reschedule all the deliveries for my new place. I'm so disappointed with this experience. I don’t know why Carboy Auto is set up to accept truck drop-offs. It is unsafe and has zero space. I apologize to Rust Check Centre, because you guys were a good location and did a great job, but I had to put a 1-star rating for everything just to bring this to customer service's attention.
NHUT AGot a $25 cleankng fee for two less thn a foot lkmg 2x4s that were forgotten in the back. No mess just two sticks practically Check in person had zero interest in checking me in or showing me where the truck is, said go find it in the yard Would avoid this lovation
andrew hAbsolutely nothing this establishment was fantastic due to A recent operation I was kind of handicapped to hook up the trailer that I had rented, they were nice enough to notice and would not let me do anything I backed up my vehicle stayed in my vehicle, they went out of their way to make sure everything was hooked up lowered and sent me on my way. Absolutely amazing customer service.
Corey MReception was abrupt, all business and zero pleasantries. Return was pretty much the same, different staff. Truck was in decent shape, not very clean but got the job done. Overall, effective and conveniently located so no complaints but a little bit of TLC will make this location so much better.
