Miguel SEasy pickup location with convenient parking. The tuck was impeccably clean and smoke-free. The office is a bit tight on space, but the quick and friendly service more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!
Ken TYour billing system should be better explained initially when one picks up the vehicle. I received two invoices, the approximate and the actual invoice. The initial will be credited eventually on your credit card statement however this should be better communicated.
JOHN CI have rented trucks from you many times and many times the gas level is at 1/4 of a tank and that means i have to stop at the gas station right away, I think the tank should be at lease 1/2 full so customers can get to moving first and fill up on the way back

SHEIK KMy booking was not properly entered in their system and I could not get a code to access the lockbox key when I got there during my scheduled time. There were no other trucks available at nearby locations so I had to wait an hour for an employee to get there to final get my “guaranteed” truck. This cause many delays for my move and I nearly lost my deposit for an elevator booking.

Giuseppe MThe staff were so friendly and efficient in helping to troubleshoot when the app wasn't working properly and just in checking in with me to ensure I had everything I needed before leaving the lot. They have a lot of vehicles, the location is very accessible and all the Uhaul tools (lock boxes, return bin) are easy to find.
VANESSA CI reserved the van through the app and everything pretty much went smooth. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they had switched me to a different one, the delay was not long at all. The vehicle itself was in decent shape I would say, a few little damages around the exterior. The ride felt a little rough, the brakes felt a bit spongy but worked well enough. Also, their was some knocking when turning the vehicle. I had decided to return the van earlier than scheduled, I did so in the evening. The drop off process through the app was a bit to deal with, especially trying to take pictures in the lot as it is not very well lit. All in all, in was a good experience and wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

I renter with 7/8 gas in the truck and I returned it with full tank with the hope that, I would get 1/8 tank credit for the next time I rent but was told no. Meanwhile, I get that treatment whenever I rent vehicles from Budget, Hertz and Avis.

Steve SI had worst experience with Uhaul. I did reservations but for some reasons I modified the time for pick up. They agreed but when I reached there. I used application for key lock password but then suddenly I saw that there was some problem with my account. I tried to chat with agent. She/ He told me that you have pending due around $800 and the account with someone. I said I never your service how it is possible she told me she cant help. After that, I called to customer service there was 1 hour waiting time. I waited then call connected they tried to help me. At last after 2:30 hours my issue got resolved. Because of all this, I had loss nearly $400. Because I didnt complete the moving on time. Thank you.
