The app checkout procedure was a pain: after taking a picture of the mileage and fuel level in step 1, I was redirected to the same step 3 more times. This was an unpleasant experience on the app.

I had worst experience with Uhaul. I did reservations but for some reasons I modified the time for pick up. They agreed but when I reached there. I used application for key lock password but then suddenly I saw that there was some problem with my account. I tried to chat with agent. She/ He told me that you have pending due around $800 and the account with someone. I said I never your service how it is possible she told me she cant help. After that, I called to customer service there was 1 hour waiting time. I waited then call connected they tried to help me. At last after 2:30 hours my issue got resolved. Because of all this, I had loss nearly $400. Because I didnt complete the moving on time. Thank you.

The service a d location was excellent however the equipment that we rented was not described accurately on the Uhaul website. We rented a 6ft x 12ft utility trailer with a ramp. The ramp opening was considerably smaller than the width of the trailer which meant that we could not load out machinery on to it.

I used the vehicle to move my household belongings. The truck was returned clean and did not require any cleaning, but I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. Could you please review this charge and let me know why it was applied?

Carboy Auto Inc. (425 Red Maple Road) was my original drop-off location, but it is way too small for a U-Haul branch. There is no parking lot to return a truck, no signs showing it's a U-Haul, and it is located on a busy, dangerous street corner. I finished moving on June 15 at 4:30 PM. I went there to use the key drop box based on the instructions, but the parking was completely packed, so I had to take the truck back home. The next morning at 6:00 AM (my scheduled return time), I went back and spent 30 minutes driving in circles and trying to call the store because there was still nowhere to park. I ended up calling customer service and was told to go to a different location (Rust Check Centre in Vaughan, which was a good location). However, this change cost me extra mileage, extra money, and wasted my time. Because of this delay, I had to reschedule all the deliveries for my new place. I'm so disappointed with this experience. I don’t know why Carboy Auto is set up to accept truck drop-offs. It is unsafe and has zero space. I apologize to Rust Check Centre, because you guys were a good location and did a great job, but I had to put a 1-star rating for everything just to bring this to customer service's attention.

Got a $25 cleankng fee for two less thn a foot lkmg 2x4s that were forgotten in the back. No mess just two sticks practically Check in person had zero interest in checking me in or showing me where the truck is, said go find it in the yard Would avoid this lovation

Absolutely nothing this establishment was fantastic due to A recent operation I was kind of handicapped to hook up the trailer that I had rented, they were nice enough to notice and would not let me do anything I backed up my vehicle stayed in my vehicle, they went out of their way to make sure everything was hooked up lowered and sent me on my way. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Reception was abrupt, all business and zero pleasantries. Return was pretty much the same, different staff. Truck was in decent shape, not very clean but got the job done. Overall, effective and conveniently located so no complaints but a little bit of TLC will make this location so much better.

That old guy is so aggressive that he was all about money. He wouldn't even let you finish your sentence and he would just keep charging and charging and charging your card. Because of people like him I don't leave money in my checking account. Old man that loves money. . . Mschew

Business professionalism is a given. I do not give more stars when someone is doing what they should or the vehicle is performing what it should. I am giving more stars to someone or something that is going a step further. I asked if I could use the washroom there, but the person told me the washroom is not open to the public!!!!

When I pick up the Van , the gas is 1/8 of the tank, The Guy told me just fill up the same level when I return. so I did. but they charged me the almost 40 dollar gas the next day. not go this place anymore
