My wife got a headache because the van smelled really bad.I’ve used U-Haul in the past and was always happy with their service. Unfortunately, this time was a terrible experience, and I was charged an excessive amount. I’m very disappointed with the service I received.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’ve dropped the trailer after hours, and used the uhaul app for the return process. Very smooth and enjoyed the ability to drop off outside business hours.
