MIKAELE NWorst experience I have had with any company in over decade. NEVER again. After my credit card being charged twice along with my debit after the agent said the CC did not go through upon check in. When I returned the older gentleman refused to refund my bank card. I had to call the police and U-Haul customer support. Regional manager out of county in Jamaica and your support for the agent took 2hrs and 20 minutes to figure out how to refund my debit card. Absolutely insane in this day and age that no one knows how to work your system

IMAD EI wouldn't change a thing. I found the truck delivery very easy, no complicated apps to use for after-hours delivery. I'd say it's the best U-Haul location.

GIRMA STypically when I pick up a truck at this location its pretty good. however this time it was not and I was not happy 1) there was carboard and dirt in the back of the uhal - I needed to sweep and remove cardboard 2) water bottle and coffee cup in the truck 3) the rubber around the driver side window was lose which actually came right down when it was raining letting rain in from the driver side window causing me to get wet!! 4) truck felt like it would stall from time to time when driving it. overall this truck was a mess! I want to put in a complain and should be compensated.

BRYAN Ftou charged me 42 dollars more to fill the gas tank 8 liter more! I just drove the 10 feet truck for 10 kilometers and filled it with 5 liter gas! now I saw you charged me 42 dollars to fill 8 liter more which is impossible that a 10 feet truck uses 13 liters gas for 10 kilometers drive!
ARIYAN KThe office set up is very poor, clients were waiting out the front door because of the lack of waiting room. The front counter location is too close to the front door and not client-friendly. The person working the front desk was not polite, he was abrupt and made me feel as though I was bothering him. The truck itself and the app worked well and I do like the U-Haul process but the location and the staff both need a lot of work.
JOSEPH MWhen I went inside and said I had a trailer reserved the person at the desk said they were closed and asked how I could possibly make a reservation for that day (the door was open, employees were present, there were other customers there) then the trailer I had reserved 6x12 was not there. They tried to give me a smaller trailer 4x8 and I refused. I was looking for other locations to call when someone came and returned a 6x12 that I then took.

JUSHWIN MThe trailer jack doesn't work correctly. I was hours behind because of this lake of maintenance. The truck battery barely started the truck. The truck made a lot of noise. You screwed me around on my storage unit. I requested a manager call back. Likely not going to receive one. I need to book a truck next week to complete my move 100% it will not be with Uhual anymore

JOHN VI originally ordered from the location at Langstaff and Weston, but the truck had not come back from the last renter, meaning, I was delayed an hour starting and had to get a taxi over to the Keele location. The Manager at Langstaff was great, and while I received a $50 credit... it was probably not quite enough for the extra km I had to drive. I am renting again this week, so I hope they have my rental truck ready for me this time.

GIRMA SThe truck was dirty, makes noises and hardly starts. Trailer took 30 mins to undo the tire strap. Jack doesn't work almost at all. It clearly wasn't in good shape they used a car jack to put the trailer on. Then I had to disconnect the car took an hour to lower jack and an hour to raise. The storage unit I rented was 10x13 I received a 10x10 being to small for some of my items. Now I have a kayak in my fucking livingroom.

ANTONIO GTwo major issues with U-Haul overall: 1. No clear indication for original fuel amount - so I refueled and still got hit with a $10.00 charge. 2. Original location did not have a truck - The Rust Check Centre location cost me an extra hour and a $40 Uber ride No compensation, no notification, no apology. Not impressed.

EDDY MWhen I picked up the van, the washer fluid was completely empty—I have a photo as proof. Upon returning the van, I overfilled the gas tank since it is nearly impossible to measure exactly how much fuel was used. I pointed this out to the attendant and explained that this practice feels unfair, as I would have been charged extra if the fuel gauge had been even slightly lower than when I picked up the van. Instead of addressing my concern, the attendant became argumentative, stating that he had nothing to do with the van and that he makes no money from rentals since the vehicle belongs to U-Haul. His behavior then escalated to being unprofessional and using inappropriate language. We had just started using this location for our business, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

JORGE CThey were great! Very helpful. They cancelled the extra truck I had booked. However, I got three calls from head office to confirm the next truck and that we had to pick it up further and further away. Each time I explained it had been cancelled but still I received more calls. I also spent a long long time on hold the day before pick up. The person I spoke with was very honest about when I could likely get a truck. If he hadn’t been, this would have been extremely frustrating.

Kevin AThe person there was very rude and did not help me at all. I had rented the U-Haul on a one-way basis, meaning I could drop it at any location. But that rude man, who was looking after the truck, kept saying it was his truck and that I couldn’t return it anywhere else. He insisted I had to bring it back there and even threatened to charge me $500 if I dropped it at another location. On top of that, he overcharged me. I did return the truck to the same location, but he was such a bad person to deal with.

WILLIAM BThis is the second time I rented the truck and the furniture dolly was not provided, it certainly caused inconvenience during the move. If a dolly cannot be provided, such an option should not be given to the customer as one may plan it out differently. Plus, despite the missing dolly was reported during the pick up, the initial bill still reflected the cost so it just added even more frustration. Also the same questions that were completed online were asked again during pickup, so what is the point of doing it in advance? The pickup should only require actions that can only be performed onsite unless other information is incomplete
Ming CVery old, dented trailer. Interior not cleaned out when rented. Actually a hole in the floor that I needed to duct tape to ensure water would not enter the trailer.

CHI MI came to this location by word of mouth from a customer at 2104 Hwy 7 Unit 6, Concord, ON L4K 2S9, U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. That place where the guy was very rude due to the fact that I had my own insurance company covering the truck, he decided to not accept my payment by credit card. Had multiple decline after inserting the credit card in the machine, he did not help me so decided to reach Rust Check location where I encountered the same problem but the receptionist used the swipe machine to help my transaction. Thanks for fast service by allowing to use swipe machine unlike the other location. Vehicles can be cleaner as I witnessed some dirt over cup holders other wise the service was great as the receptionist saved my day. Thanks.

Andrey FThe person working there didn't even come out to show us the rental and even ensure it was working property. Just handed me the key and pointed in the direction of the van. I also asked if he has 3 seaters he said no his location doesnt have them at all.When we got outside to locate the van I saw 2 sitting there. Not sure if they were reserved but he could of just let us know he usually has them available but were booked vs just straight up lying and said he didn't have 3 seaters at all
SHELLY Eunorganized old people who have no idea about this job as if I were their servant. the payment method does not work and the employee is unwilling to do what is necessary to better serve the customer. When I went to return the trailer, there was no one to receive it, it was just horrible, I don't know if they saw it or not.
ILIYAN ZCleaniness could be improved. The truck bed smelled very bad and there was a lot of debris on the floor. I had to first clean the whole truck bed before moving my furniture.
MUHAMMAD WVery easy process from check in to check out, I will not hesitate to rebook at this location, great friendly staff that are very efficient.
